This is pretty gross… way gross. These fools are performing an at home surgery / party on a giant pimple. This is no ordinary zit, this thing is a monster. If there was a world record for largest pimple… this one may take it.

So what is sick about these photos… well now, these are up as the best results for a surgeons site. These are not the worst plastic surgeries, but rather the best!

I dont know about you, but, I really do think some of these fools looked better in the before shots than the after, lets take a case study…

Case 1, the manly boobs

so this fool, decided that instead of loosing a few pounds, he could just get some man boobs to make the girlies go wild… hmm

case 2 - deer in headlights

I guess this nice girl wanted to look awake.. at all times, even when she is not. So she paid a few thousand for that very much wanted “I am wide awake”… “and  am on so many drugs, officer, please don’t screw with me or I will flip” look.

Case 3… what we all want, the giant ass

Here is what every person wants… a huge ass that comes to a perfect cone in the middle.

This lady below, well she may have just needed a bit of sleep before her brow lift to make her look better

And this fool below, he got calf implants. Now, I don’t know about you, but I am thinking he had big calfs to begin with and now they look about the same except for a bit swollen and some horrific scars he may need more surgery to fix

And saving the best for last… who the hell says we need to walk upright. I think everyone should have 40 lbs. of silicone hanging from the chest. WOW. That is so damn SEXY!

Hell… really, I bet if you stuck your head into that bath water to get the apple this chick with the pentagram on her chest may in fact bite it off. However, there may be some hope due to the large crosses tattooed on her shoulders. kinda 50/50 on this one I gather.
