This little girl seems to have Polyostotic Fibrous Dysplasia. The giant tumor has not only deformed her face, but severely affected her respiratory system.

The painful tumor now engulfs her face and is endangering her life. A team of doctors in Miami are ready to help the 14-year-old girl.

UPDATE: Casseus has undergone four reconstructive surgeries since coming to Miami in December 2005. Once she reaches 18, further cosmetic surgeries will take place to try to correct the deformities caused by the tumor

How do you make a world class freak… well, I hear if you are not born that way, we now have steroids that will mold your body and mind to the sick freak you wanna be.

It’s the Dr. Frankenstein method to weight loss and body building, well, minus having to be struck by lightning in the beginning. For these fools, lightning strikes come in the end with full force.

The man whose arm Exploded is a Learning Channel documentary about some fool who went nuts with the steroid needle. He injected the shit into his muscle and tissue till it, well, exploded. The video is kinda bloody for TLC, but shows some great footage of this dude, Greg Valentino. He wanted to be the man with the biggest arms, well he got that… too bad it did not last.

He looked like a freak, and made some good money from his freak shows and “how to be sick in the head” tutorials.

After years of steroid injections, Gregg Valentino’s arms were like pin-cushions and he became careless reusing needles and failing to ensure they were sterile. He got an infection in the arm. This caused a bad fever and the arm blew up like a balloon filled with pus, like a giant zit.

But Gregg was about to make a bad situation much worse. He decided to drain the haematoma by himself. He set about stabbing the arm with a syringe to draw the pus out.

After 20 minutes of self-mutilation and two tumblers of coagulated blood and gore, Gregg ended up in emergency surgery, and all his body-building efforts disappeared under the surgeon’s knife. Steroids had destroyed his body, and he thought things couldn’t get any worse.

Steroids are illegal in the USA and Gregg was going to discover this to his cost. Over the years Gregg had not only been using steroids himself, he had been supplying them to others. He was arrested and jailed. He lost everything, his house, his cars, his money, and his gym.

As a legacy, these fools get left with a testosterone level of a pre-teen girl and testicles the size of peanuts. Hope it was all worth it.

These images look so sick and totally twisted… Fools better be sure they get salt with iodine in it to avoid this shit. These are people who have a condition called goiter. Its a swelling of the thyroid gland from what I know and lack of iodine may contribute to this crap.

Here is Paris Hilton… she looks like she may have a butt or ass cheek goiter from this shot. What the hell is up with her butt?   Maybe she needs plastic surgery to fix that shit.

Hmmm… they say smoking and alcohol contributed to this man having his upper and lower lips eaten away.

A 56 year-old white male with a history of heavy alcohol and tobacco use presented with a 14-month history of an enlarging lesion involving the upper and lower lips.

Examination revealed an ulcerating exophytic lesion involving the entire lower

The picture below - A free fibula osteocutaneous flap with 14 cm of bone and a 20 x 8 cm skin paddle was used to reconstruct the mandible, intra-oral lining and lower lip externally. Microvascular anastomosis was performed to the facial vessels. A palmaris longus tendon sling was used to suspend the lower lip reconstruction. A pedicled tongue flap was used to provide vermilion and mucosal lining for the right upper lip reconstruction.

lip, right two-thirds of the upper lip, floor of mouth, right lower alveolus, buccal mucosa, and skin of the chin and right cheek. The tongue was mobile and unrestricted. There was numbness in the mental area, and palpable bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy (whatever that may mean).

The right upper lip was reconstructed with a pedicled scalp flap to provide hairy skin externally, with the pedicled tongue flap (Figure 3a) providing vermilion and mucosal lining. Finally a residual skin defect over the chin was reconstructed with a pectoralis major myocutaneous flap.
